If your debit card is lost or stolen, with your FVSBank Mobile Banking App you can ‘lock’ your debit card from your phone, putting convenience and control in your hand.
Within the FVSBank Mobile Banking App follow these simple steps to report your card lost or stolen, and call the next business day to order a new debit card.
- Select ‘Manage Cards’ from the Menu on the Accounts Home Page.
- Select your card.
- Select ‘Report Lost or Stolen Card’ to report your card lost or stolen, this service is available 24/7.
- Click on the final green button ‘Report Card Lost/Stolen.’
- Call your local FVSBank branch the next business day to order a new debit card.

If you do not have access to the FVSBank Mobile Banking App, a lost or stolen debit/ATM card can be reported by calling 1-800-242-7880, option 2.
After doing so, please contact your local FVSBank branch during normal business hours.
